Campervan / caravan / tent pitch

  • Can we book a stay of less than 3 days on a pitch?

We do not accept reservations for less than 3 days. We ask that you call us a few days before your arrival so that we can reserve a pitch for you. We ask that you arrive before 6 p.m.

  • Do you accept dogs?

Oh yes, our four-legged friends are welcome at our campsite. They have access to a beautiful walk behind the campsite and 2 hectares of riverside space to let off steam. We are listed on the website emmènetonchien.com.

They are free, during low and mid-season, on a pitch for 1 dog (+€3.50/day/extra dog).

 For accommodation, the rate is €4.50/day/dog.

  • Do you have a dump station for motorhomes?

A dump station for greywater is available, as well as a slop sink for chemical toilets.

3-star services

  • Do you offer a bakery service?

Breads and pastries are available from 8 a.m. at reception, no reservation required.

  • Do you have a grocery store?

We offer emergency supplies at reception: drinks, wines, ice cream, gas bottles, and basic necessities.

  • Is there a restaurant?

On-site, you'll find a restaurant serving traditional and gourmet recipes that will delight you with their fresh, sunny cuisine. Open 7 days a week except lunchtimes and Wednesdays.

  • Can I charge my electric vehicle?

Two Wallbox charging stations for your electric vehicles are available.

  • Do you have a swimming pool? Is the river safe to swim in?

We don't have a swimming pool at the campsite, and we're delighted! This ensures a peaceful stay.

The Sorgue is a wild river; you can cool off in the water at 13°C, but swimming is officially prohibited.

  • Is there Wi-Fi at the campsite?

Wi-Fi is a paid service.

€1.50 per device per day. You have 30 free minutes per day in the TV room.

Access to our campsite

  • Are you far from the city center?

We are located 1.5km from the city center. To get there on foot or by bike, you have to walk for 400 meters on the departmental road then take the bridge on the right to walk on a small road along the Sorgue for 20 minutes.

Our shuttle also takes you there free of charge on market days, Thursday and Sunday, with a departure at 9:30 a.m. and a return at 11:30 a.m.

  • Are there buses to visit the surrounding area?

There are a few buses that run to the surrounding villages and to Avignon. You will need to go to the city center for the first bus stop.

  • We are coming on foot, is it possible to pick us up at the station?

Yes, please call us a few days before your arrival so that we can pick you up and drop you off on the day of your departure.

  • Is it possible to arrive late?

The reception is open until 7pm and then a guard is there to welcome you until 10:30pm. A bell is located at the reception so that he can welcome you.

Rates / Payment methods

  • Do you accept ACSI card?

Yes, we accept the ACSI card at the rate of €23 + €2 tourist tax.

  • Can we pay with holiday vouchers and ANCV connect?

Yes, we accept holiday vouchers and ANCV connect.

  • Do you accept VACAF vouchers?

We do not accept VACAF vouchers.

Location de mobil-home

  • Do I need to bring sheets and towels?

Sheet and towel rental is not included in your reservation. We recommend bringing them or you can rent them by letting us know before your arrival.

Duvets and pillows are provided in the accommodations at our campsite with mobile homes in Vaucluse.

  • What time can we check in? And check out?

Your accommodation is available from 3 p.m., but it is possible to arrive earlier if your rental is already ready. Please contact us to verify this information.

You must vacate your accommodation by 10 a.m. If your accommodation is not taken over, we can offer you a checkout until 12:00 p.m.

  • What type of coffee machine is available in the mobile homes?

They are all equipped with filter machines.

  • Are the accommodations air-conditioned?

Only the "CIGALE", "PROVENCE", "LUBERON", and "MISTRAL" mobile homes are equipped with air conditioning.

  • Are the mobile homes equipped with TVs?

TV equipment is an option to be selected when booking.
